Our Group History |

OM Synergies Ltd. is promoted by the Navneeta Group of companies, headquartered in Hyderabad, India.
We enjoy four decades of expertise in steel trading, steel manufacturing, and Iron ore mining.
1974 – Humble beginning in commodity trading and metals processing by the group promoter and chairman, Mr. S L Agarwal.
1990 – Took over a steel re-rolling mill and manufactured TMT rebars. However, the group later decided to exit the manufacturing activity.
1992 – Expanded operations and reach in India by establishing processing unit and stock yard in the port city of Visakhapatnam. The stockyard offered Blooms, Billets, Slabs, HR coils, HR Plates and TMT / rebars.
2002 – Have started steel service center and stocks yards in different parts of India. The group today offers cut to size steel and made to order steel products using state of art technology in steel cutting and de-coiling.
2003 - Have ventured into Iron ore mining in Hospet, Karnataka, India.
2007 - Have started international trading of ferrous and non ferrous scrap from UK, Europe, and Malaysia. Gradually the group expanded its reach and sourcing from other geographies like Africa, Dubai, USA, Brazil, and Australia.
2013 - With five years of expertise in international sourcing and trading, the group incorporated OM SYNERGIES LIMITED, in the United Kingdom to fuel the growth of its international business.
The group today continues to strive for excellence in all its business endeavors and aims at long lasting customer and supplier association.
